Salon Kaveesha Refund and Exchange Policy
At Salon Kaveesha, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide the best hair and beauty services. However, please note the following terms regarding refunds and exchanges:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Non-Refundable Products and Services
- All products and services offered by Salon Kaveesha are non-refundable. Once a service is rendered or a product is purchased, no refunds will be issued. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase or booking prior to confirming.
Eligibility for Returns
- Unused and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging.
After-Sales Service
We offer after-sales service for all our hair and beauty services. If you have any concerns or queries regarding your hair or beauty service, we are here to provide ongoing lifetime consultation. Our team is committed to assisting you in taking care of your hair and beauty needs.
Advance Payment for Services
If you have made an advance payment for a specific service through our website, but later decide not to go ahead with that service, please note that refunds for the advance are not possible. However, we can offer you the option to exchange the advance payment for a different service of your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.).
- Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids.
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and some health & personal care items.
Refunds After Service Completion
Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued. If you are not satisfied with the service, we will be happy to assess the situation and offer adjustments or corrections to the service, if necessary. However, this does not apply to a refund.
Partial Refunds
- We only issue partial refunds in the following cases:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Opened media (CDs, DVDs, games, etc.).
- Items not in original condition, or with damaged or missing parts (unless due to our error).
- Items returned after 30 days.
Service Adjustments
If there is any defect or issue with a service rendered, we will consider adjustments based on the size of the service. Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with the result, and we are happy to address any concerns within reason. Refunds for services are not available, but we will work to make adjustments or provide alternatives as needed.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and send you an email with the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
