Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of your purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order details.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used beauty products
- Skincare or personal care items
- Customized or special-order products
- Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or process a refund based on product availability and your preference.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment (excluding shipping charges, if applicable). Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, wrong item shipped). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
